□ Issue
UBAS App authentication does not automatically run
when trying to login to SVPN using fingerprint on devices
recently upgraded to Android Version 10.

□ Solution
Installing the latest version of UBAS will solve the issue.
 1) Uninstall current UBAS App on your device.
 2) Install the latest version of UBAS App.
   (SVPN Portal → Biometrics Device Initialize)
